Waiting for an email that hasn’t arrived? Here are the steps to follow:
Check your Cleanmail quarantine
Go to Cleanmail to check whether the message has been blocked there.
- If it is there, you can release it so that it arrives in your inbox.
- If it is not there, contact your administrator so that they can check the logs in Cleanmail.
If you do not have a Cleanmail administrator, you can contact Alinto customer service.
If you do not have access to a quarantine folder
Remember to also check the Spam folder in your email.
