You may have marked a newsletter as spam in Cleanmail, but it still arrives in your inbox.
This is normal.
Newsletters are required to include an unsubscribe link. Cleanmail detects this and classifies the message as a Newsletter rather than as spam.
This means that reporting it as spam will not block it.
To stop receiving the newsletter, you must unsubscribe directly by clicking the link provided in the message.
