Cleanmail allows you to block specific domains.
However, it is not possible to block large public domains such as gmail.com, outlook.com, or icloud.com, since doing so would also block billions of legitimate email addresses.
I reported a @gmail.com address as spam, why am I still receiving emails from that sender?
