If you’re experiencing an unusually high number of bounce messages, your Cleanmail or SOGomail account (depending on which one you use) may have been compromised.
Here are the first steps you should take:
Change your Cleanmail and/or SOGomail password. If you use both services, update the password for each.
Run a full antivirus scan on your computer.
Contact your administrator or IT department.
Please note that bounce messages may continue for up to 5 days after taking these steps.
