This feature is only available with a Cleanmail Evolution or Premium contract. If you have Cleanmail First, you do not have quarantine access.
Depending on the configuration, there are two ways to connect to the platform:
- Via the quarantine report (automatic authenticated access with token; no username or password required).
- Via the URL (email address and password required).

Depending on the configured policy, you will find emails classified as spam or advertising here.
At the end of the quarantine period (31 days by default), quarantined emails are automatically deleted from this list.
First, set the search dates if necessary. Then, you can search for a specific email using the search field or narrow your search according to the type of emails you want to see (all, spam, viruses, attachments, etc.).
Only you can see the content of the emails.
Admins will not see the content, only the spam report described below.
If you select an email by clicking the checkbox, you can access additional options by clicking on the three vertical dots (More actions).
