Sometimes a legitimate email may be mistakenly classified as spam.
If this happens, you have three options in your quarantine folder:
Release the email: The email will no longer be held in your quarantine folder and will be sent to your inbox.
Not spam: Report the email to our Spam Fight team as a false positive. This will allow us to analyze it and improve the quality of our filtering.
Allow: The email or all accounts in the domain will be added to the authorization list.
