SRS (Sender Rewriting Scheme) is a mechanism that rewrites the sender’s address when an email is forwarded. This prevents SPF checks from failing, since the forwarding server uses its own address instead of the original domain.
At the moment, Cleanmail does not support SRS.
However, this feature is planned for release by early 2026.
