Did you receive spam in your inbox?
You can report it to us so that our Spam Fight team can analyse it.
If you use Cleanmail Premium and have a retention zone
Go to the 'Messaging' tab in your personal space.
There are two options:
Spam: Report the email to our Spam Fight team as a false negative. This will enable us to analyse it and improve the quality of our filtering.
Block: The email address or all addresses in the domain will be added to the block list.
The 'Release' option is not useful here. This is only used if you want to send yourself a duplicate of an email.
If you use Cleanmail First or Evolution and do not have access to a quarantine or retention zone
If you do not have access to a quarantine or retention area in your email account, you can still report a false negative to us via email at supportpro@alinto.eu.
To enable us to analyse it and forward it to our SpamFight team, please attach the message in question in .eml format. Without this attachment, we will not be able to process the report and improve our filtering.
