When connecting, users access directly to the sending tracking page.
This page allows you to display over a given period of time (by default the last hour), all the dashboards corresponding to your service.
- Time interval: period over which the search is carried out (limited to 4 days difference between 2 dates)
- Policies: if you have several Gateways, you can restrict the search to one or more of them. By default all your policies are displayed.
- Sender: email address (complete or partial) of an address used for your sending
- Recipient: email address (complete or partial) of a recipient address of your mailings
- Status: filter according to the final status of the email delivery (Sent / Deferred / Bounce / Rejected /Expired)
- E-mails: Number of emails submitted to the platform over the period
- Emails sent: Number of emails with the final status "Sent".
- Emails considered spam: emails detected as spam and not sent
