For each of your policies, an alert threshold of 80% or 90% consumption (default 80%) is set.
When this threshold is reached, an alert email is sent to you to alert you.
If the remaining quota seems insufficient and to avoid any blocking of your sending, do not hesitate to contact our teams at supportpro@alinto.net to switch to a larger Gateway.
In the event of a quota overrun, your account will automatically be blocked and you will not be able to send any more items before the renewal of your period:
- Policy per day: account reactivation the next morning at 00:01 a.m.
- Policy by month: account reactivation on the 01st of the following month at 00:01 am
